HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?

Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. All shipping and delivery times are estimates given by the couriers and may be affected by i.e.: Covid-19, inclement weather, high order volumes, and peak holiday seasons. These delays are out of our control.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel any orders - that is because our fulfillment team is working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped to you ASAP!

I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD, HOW WILL I RECEIVE IT?

An email will be sent to you with your online gift card to the email used to make the original purchase. If you do not see an email, kindly check your spam folder as the email may have filtered into that folder.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Aronelle The Label’s online gift card. We do not provide cash refunds. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

HOW IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

  1. Request your return by emailing us at aronellethelabel@gmail.com.

          What do I include in my return request email?
                - What item(s) you want to return
                - Reason(s) why you are returning
                - Order number
  1. We will email you a Returns Authorization (RA) number.
  2. You will clearly indicate the RA number on the packing slip/invoice that was sent to you with your order and include that in the package with your returned item(s).
  3. You will choose your carrier of choice to return your order.

     5.   Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 7 business days of receiving your return item(s).

Note: In some cases, we may request a photo of the item(s) you wish to return. Please make sure item(s) are sent back within 14 days of your order delivery.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESSING TIME?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

WHERE DO I GET THE RETURN PACKING SLIP?

You can use the same invoice you received with your order and clearly indicate the Return Authorization number at the top. If you no longer have your invoice and need a new one, please contact us with your order number at aronellethelabel@gmail.com and we will email you a new one within 24-48 hours to include with your return. We will email it to the email you used to place your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
